Pear Zucchini Whole Wheat Bread

Pear Zucchini Bread  

from  

 Kamut Whole Grain    

 

   

Ingredients

 

2 Cups Chopped Pealed Pears

1 Cup Shredded Zucchini

1 Cup Honey

3 Eggs Beaten

1/2 Cup Oil

1/2 Cup Applesauce

1 Tablespoon Vanilla

3 Cups KAMUT® Khorasan Flour

2 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

1 Teaspoon Baking Soda

1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder

1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt

1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans

 

 

Preparation:

 

Mix together the pears, zucchini, honey, eggs, oil, applesauce, and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and stir into the pear mixture. Gently stir in nuts. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
