All Vendor Applicants Must Print and Sign the appropriate Rules and Regulations, then, if asked to join the market, bring them to the market on your first day.  Your $20 one time entry/ad fee will be due before set-up with the Rules and Regulations  FOR EACH MARKET THERE IS A ONE TIME $20 entry/ad fee.
